Yes, the nutritional value of egg white has been maintained, i.e. the protein part of this food, practically free from fats and cholesterol. Egg white has a complete amino acid profile. The main amino acids contained in greater quantities are in fact per 100g of food: 6.5g of lysine, 3.7g of methionine and good quantities of aspartic and glutamic acid.

ProUp is a product with natural ingredients, based on pasteurised egg white (80%). Its authenticity is also given by the absence of added sugars and zero fats.
